Premium location from here you can easily commute to everywhere. Nice Staff, they r very much helpful and Mr Manoj Verma is a man of kind.

we stayed here for 3 days, but at last i have average service provider, at the time leaving room, the staff signing as said to move now, we have ready but this type behaved is like rude. we gave for washed the clothes, they charged i have really bed experience before it the two days services are good. As per my opinion the management should to pay attention for last day experience.

The hotel overall was okay, and the bed size was large; location can be improved as it is a bit congested and one can't park taxis for long; also one needs to request for fresh towels to the staff.

Review: Property is in a very cosy corner but a main location. Food service could not be availed. However, regular water was provided instead of sealed bottle. Cleanliness was fair. However , no blanket was provided instead only a dirty bed sheet was there for use.

The overall stay was nice, the staff has excellent service and was keen to listen to your demands! Overall would recommended stay🙌

Clean room, good behaviour of every staff and most important thing i lost my watch in Fern guest house, I called a caretaker and he returned my watch. That’s known as genuine and reputed guest house .

It was an very average stay although may be suitable for low price budget. But location and amenities was nothing. No space for personal car parking and also food quality was below average

please avoid this property as a couple or family. people managing property does not understand basic hospitality and privacy expectations of users, the checkin checkout process, handling your documents, pictures and etc is so shady that you feel like you came to some roadside. even the room service boy literally burged into room and when asked that who asked you to bring breakfast, his excuse was food will get cold sir, we have to reheat so better you have now only, imagine the situation, getting up by constant knock, you open door, and before you realise, some random guy without your consent enters where your family is sleeping. rooms are good and clean, but management is shitty.
