No food option available, Even though it is a new property during our stay of 3 days every morning when we need the geyser which is controlled from the reception, there was an electricity failure in the hotel. They only provided Soap in toiletries, no shampoo or dental kit. Room cleaning done one day that too on request The location is also not that good. But the reception guy Aneesh is very helpful.

lumino crown ooty is a new property near by lake with landscapes all around the building safe n secure place for family, The rooms are spacious and well equipped, well maintained , it has parking available inside the hotel premises, loved the staff behaviour and services, overall this property is worth the money
