Good view and tasty breakfasts. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very humble and will make you feel at home. Only concern is travelling to and from main town which is slightly costly.

The place was very clean. Views were spectacular. Breakfast was very nice too. Property looks exactly like photos.

The property rooms are good, giving a luxury feel, but TV was not working, which we found a major drawback as the property does not have any common area to roam around, also the rooms are on higher floor where you have to take multiple steps and the starting ladder does not have railing to hold on, if travelling with senior people think twice as there are lots of steps! Hot water facility is there, there is no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast is available and rest there is no staff for restaurant, so for dinner you need to again travel back to the town area, as the hotel is around 3-4km away, I felt that as another drawback as after full touring day you feel like ordering dinner at Hotel, but no. Breakfast was basic idli dosa sambar and omelette, cake and bread, nothing fancy.

My recent stay at Clouds Nest was truly memorable, and I can confidently say it's 100% worth staying for the amazing view from the room alone! Waking up to that panorama was an absolute highlight. Beyond the view, the rooms are well-maintained and exceptionally hygienic. The caretakers deserve a special mention; both were incredibly good and very down-to-earth. They were always responsive to any requests, making the stay even more comfortable. Parking was never an issue, as they have sufficient parking facilities available. And let's talk about the food! The breakfast was mind-blowing, featuring authentic South Indian tastes that were simply delicious. The only drawback I encountered was the hotel entry. It's quite steep and directly connects to the main road, making it a bit risky when taking your car out. I believe the hotel management needs to address this for guest safety. Overall, despite the minor concern with the entry, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend 'Clouds Nest' for its stunning views, excellent service, and delicious food.

I recent stayed at the ‘Cloud nest’ hotel in Ooty from june 5 to 7. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a great view of the hill and a tea garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured it was spotless each day.

Property location is little far away from main city. Breakfast provided was in limited option . Room amenities and cleanliness was fabulous.
