Stay, food, hospitality is awesome No drawbacks... Blankets are little bit old but clean No Issues.. Vews are good

I booked 2 delux rooms with balcony and Queen size beds, but I don't think it's actually delux. the rooms are so small compared to normal' hotel rooms . Also the balcony view was kinda normal,so don't expect too much. the rooms were small, they said WiFi not working. they should have atleast given a kettle and milk tea option too as it's a hill station. the rooms and bedsheets too felt Average rest everything was well maintained

Stay was an amazing experience, property is good and well maintained. Reception people are very humble with excellent response for orders or any other request. Overall this property is excellent with a good viewpoint. it has a scenic beauty to it. Anyone who is willing to book a room in this hotel, it would be better if you brought your own hair dryer since the hotel does not provide one.

I have an worst experience with the service staff as there behaviour is not nice and they are arguing with us like anything

The stay was really good with clean rooms and a beautiful view. The host was really sweet and helped with all the needful and worth the price during the peak tourism seasons in ooty.

Pleasant stay. The views from this place are awesome, you get a view of all surrounding hills, and lush greenery in front. Pretty nice. Comfy clean beds, clean washroom with toiletries and geyser, drinking water dispenser with hot water outlet, they also provided dishes.

Staff was good, only problem was a parking And it's near to city center Food was good, staff can arrange a food in short notice
