Excellent Stay
The location of the property is great. close to charring cross, botanical garden. Food isn't available, but you can order on Swiggy or Zomato. The rooms and bathroom are clean and neat. overall it was nice experience

Very Comfortable Stay Staff of the hotel is very coperative new Property neat & clean Note:Kitchen Facility Is Not Included in stay Hotel Staff allowed to use there kitchen Per Day Charge

It was good and decent stay
It was good stay, as it an apartment we can not expect much. Rooms where clean and neat, it would be good if minimal necessities like hair dryer, room heater, iron box and basic cookware are provided.

Excellent Stay
location is kind of interior , but the recidency was really beautiful to stay. Few small issues were there but overall experience was really good

Average Stay
Property is good but not value for money. No parking for mini bus. Only 4 car parkings available. No campfire allowed No barbeque allowed even we bought our own setup. No use of selecting home stay. Available only Stay with tea and coffee - don't expect anything else. Good view from Terrance.

Mr Ganesh, 1.Why cant a van park in a place where (the minimal number you mentioned) 4 cars can park? 2.You booked 2 numbers of 2BHK and you got 1 3BHK free upgradation instead , didn't you find it as a pro or forgot to mention it... well its indeed a regret to give it to you!! 3.Reg Campfire- Since the property is in the middle of city unlike some outer properties, where you don even find electricity or water sometimes and none can help you out at those scenarios , no property in the city are allowed to have campfires without proper authorization. 4.Didn't you know while at the booking portal there is no kitchen here and you cant cook here... wish and hope u read all the rules of properties where ever you go next time rather than making a false complaint even after mentioning it. 5. Stayed here till evening and used WIFI for WFH we still allowed it, but you did not have a courtesy to tell when you leave, shows who you are.. once again, giving a better room upgradation to you was a regret sir Thanks form mentioning about our room cleanliness and view

Nice stay overall, properly is new, so cooking was not allowed though there is kitchen.
