My recent stay at I India Hotel Ooty was simply perfect. It was incredibly peaceful, which was exactly what I needed. Waking up to those amazing views of Ooty every morning was just fantastic. Everyone there was so helpful and made sure I had a really comfortable and enjoyable time. If you're looking for a quiet spot with beautiful surroundings and great people.

It was an excellent stay all around. The hotel was good, the staff was good, the location breathtaking. And finally the two golden bundles of cuteness was the cherry on top.

Very good stay nice view in the morning and evening Dont miss the sunrise with coffee. Both dogs were very cute and playful jaggu and June. I like to recommend for others. Very well maintained and very hygienic. Peaceful and silent environment people who like to have peaceful stay I could recommend this.

The hotel was clean, and the location was ok. We ordered food for dinner, it was normal. Morning breakfast is also normal. In MakeMyTrip they mentioned outside food allowed, but it's not. The only problem we faced was the room roof was not slab it was a metal Sheet so it felt very cold. For any extra facilities it charged.

location was easy to find. nice view from resort. pets from the property were adorable for kids. food was neat and good with limited menu options

Everything was good, the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the ambience, the parking, the caretaker, Mr Jelu. I have only one suggestion that is the property should have a proper gate.

Nice place to stay but it has not hotel type facility just no bell to call any attended tea is available only his wishes we got morning tea at 830 dinner veg fixed breakfast is also fixed

Beautiful property with helpful attendants. Rooms were well maintained and economical too. Attendents also helped to plan further for our impromptu visit.

Had a very bad experience @i-india hotel

Simple and elegant ambience, amazing view of the valley. Nice food, staffs were helpful and kind. . Located nearby to the main road, easily accessible even for public transport or private. They arrange for cab services if needed.

Excellent view's with vintage type stay. Homely food was provided. Excellent staff and customer service

Outside view was spectacular however this property needs maintenance. Food options was too limited. Good for couples who have pets. They don’t charge you extra. Staff was polite too

Bed covers are not changed they are so dirty. Food is good. Better to compliment breakfast. Not worth for money

Very good location, clean amenities, decent food, good service. Mr gelucious was very helpful in attending our needs. Good parking space and property is pet acceptable one. So you can plan with your pet also. But keeping the pet in your room is expected, please remember no kennels are there. This is a heritage property and view from room is not there but outside hotel you can have a good eye catchy view of valley.

Very nice property surrounding with natural beauty, staff were very very cooperative. What an excellent experience of 2 days stays.

The property location was alright as it was couple of kilometres away from the main city. But, the food was a severe disappointment with absolutely no taste moreover, they served 2 bowls of breakfast with flies in it. The property amenities mentions that they would be providing slippers which wasn't the case. The property was in a destitute condition with seepage in most parts especially in the bathroom where the paint peels were flying off from the ceiling. Moreover, beware of getting coffee/tea before the breakfast as they would charge separate for it and keep in mind that they wouldn't even mention about that if you have tea with breakfast there are no charges but if you are not on breakfast table they will bill it separately and say that no it wasn't a part of breakfast. Also, they have an inclination of mugging for everything you ask for i. E. They would provide you a heater for 300/day and would also ask you not use it too much since electricity bill is going to be more. I didn't have an option since my wife fell ill. There were 2 other families staying at the same time and they were also charged for some random things. The property manager has a weird way of mugging money if you ask for any help.

It was really a nice stay. The rooms were clean and the view was good service was also good overall it's a nice place to stay
