very bad Room service 😞 No Utensils At all.. No service.. Not recommended for anyone... No Identification for Cottage... No delivery boy identified The cottage... No Housekeeping and cleaning.. Worst rooms.. will not recommend for anyone...

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ooty and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Excellent Stay
The stay was very comfortable. Location was close to the city and restaurants were easily accessible. The owner of Haze and the caretaker were very helpful in all aspects
