1.Every time you have to request for Geyser switch. 2. No proper warm Drinking water. 3. Blankets they are provided not sufficient to warm yourself in Chilling cold weather of Ooty. 4. Bathroom necessary things not provided inspite of too costly. 5. Bedsheets are torn. Lot more 5. 4. 3.

Hi, the experience was very bad because no proper hot water to bath and no proper cleaning of room. But food was ok ok and drinking hot water was provided while we were asking everytime.

good care by room incharge while we reach in mid night, clean room with nice viewpoint in roof top. If you go to ooty make use of this hotel

Property location small road&it is very old property,beds n bedsheets are very bad,no hangers in bedroom n bathroom also,it’s very poor maintenance,not suggestible...finally staff Service is good

Average Stay
Facilities were okay but service was slow there was one kid looking after everything. Although it was average and okay.

i have stayed in the ooty for 2 day's tha hotel was very nice and clean and polite washroom and bed room also very clean they full hot water...parking facility also they provide...it very pleasant stay in this hotel...we are very hpy 👍👍

Gore at place to stay
First of all we got the room what we booked. Room was clean, bed and blankets smell good. Property owner mr. Srinivasan was great and he arranged what ever we needed. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and bus stop and restaurant are very close and 2 mins walkable.

The accommodation is very close to the city so there is no problem, all the facilities are nearby, the room is clean and everyone provides good customer service.

Room tariff is too much higher than the facility. Damp room, no window, smelly blanket. Doesn't meet up to the mark.

Good stay
It was a good stay, host and caretaker were really good. I felt that there was difference in images and actual ones, as there was no views etc, besides rooms though good, were small.
