The experience at first was very Bad , we had to wait at reception for half an hour because there was no one to attend and all lights at reception were off....it was a scary scene at 7 PM at Ooty. But later the person came and after that he alloted us room not what we booked but another room because what we booked was already given to someone else. Also the breakfast was included but we got three pots of idli sambar in Room without tea/coffee...there was no restaurant as mentioned by Make my trip.

Scam - didn’t give entry
