Very Good property. Very near to viewpoints. 1.1 km away from Rose Garden. Very supportive staff. Good food. Ambitious. Overall worth full.

stayed for 2 nights. It is old property. Rooms are just ok. Mattresses are poorly maintained and can be uncomfortable for sleep. Lot of noise in the lobby even in late night as it is a common passage to the reception. Staaf was not able to control it. Roof leaks water as it rained heavily.

Location of Property is very good near to Bus Stand and Rose Garden. Rooms are nice. Hoomly Food. Staff are nice.

First of all location is prime. But maintenance is 0. Poor hygiene practices at dinning area. No exhaust fan in washrooms. No bath kit is provided. No landline facility in the rooms. You have to go reception every time for every requirement. Heater was also not working properly. Over all average stay.

Bad ventilation, smelling bed and insect noise from the ceiling! Pathetic house cleaning service. No basic electrical kettle, No toiletry.

The properties view is good. The infrastructure and cleanliness is pathetic. Food side, the kitchen basically means that a cook is there who’ll try to prepare food and charge high rate. Food is ok, but gas will be over if you ask for more than initial order. No sound insulation and people keeps chatting at night in the hall which is great disturbance. We planned to stay for 3 nights and booked for 3. After first day changing a room, we had to complain to mmt and hotel management and vacate the room. Good thing was they acknowledged the issues and processed refund. Value for money is not there.

First of all the access to the hotel is very congested, so good luck getting your car in and out of the place. Second of all it gets too cold in the rooms, they didn't have heaters and didn't provide one even after asking. They didn't even provide extra blankets when asked, so we suffered a lot. Thirdly the toilets were in terrible condition. The roof was leaking in one of the rooms. The receptionists are greedy and ask you for money time and again even before checkout and they overcharged us when we tried to upgrade our rooms to connecting ones because the ones they provided us in booking were inadequate. They don't provide you water in rooms properly. Only give you one medimix soap that's it after charging such a high amount per night per room. Food is the cherry on top at being terrible. Spoil t our holiday with this one. Only good thing was the view, which was ok.

In house restaurant was not functioning. Room service was very poor. No one will assist to baggage. Better rooms were available compared in terms of tariffs. I never recommend this place especially when family is accompanied

The experience was far from pleasant. The ambience left much to be desired, as it was quite disappointing. The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel was evident and concerning. The services provided were nothing short of pathetic, leaving me highly dissatisfied with my stay. Overall, i cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
