Poor Stay
We booked a family room and were given a day stay room at your property, and the experience was highly disappointing. The room provided was wet and damp, making it very uncomfortable to use. There was no Wi-Fi available, no bottled drinking water provided, and the room had very poor or almost no natural lighting. As a guest, these are the most basic amenities expected during a stay. The lack of cleanliness, essentials, and comfort made the stay unpleasant and far below the standards one would reasonably expect. We paid premium pricing for this stay

Jaw dropping location, rooms are well equipped, staff are very friendly. All these are very reasonable prices.

Excellent Stay
Location is excellent. its infront of ooty lake. slightly noisy because of that but the view is good. Rooms are good. It is little noisy because of the way the rooms are connected. Felt kind of staying at home.

Excellent Stay
I loved staying at lakefront. People are very helpful and friendly. They even accommodated our special requests for early breakfast and keeping our luggage post check out as our bus is late. Moreover, they speak multiple languages. The lake view is beautiful and the rooms are clean. It's also a quiet spot to just hang out.

Terrible Stay
1. Requested to change room due to water leak.2. didn’t offer the room which we booked 3. no toiletries and towel. Given only on request4. very worst breakfast.

coupleLocation was good but no wifi and no food service in room was available also room was not clean. Lack of good room service.
