Review Of - Hotel Kabeer 1 Min from New Delhi Railway Station

This is my 5th booking for this hotel. I used this for business booking for 4 rooms even though I now booked 2 rooms but every time they asked for extra money for rooms.

no need to take money for early check in but the counter man collected and saying for extra charge

hotel dont allow us complimentary early check in.......we have paid more amount for 2 hour early check in

Needs improvement on cleanliness and maintaining. Stay was okayish. Air-conditioning was up to the mark. Although the pictures showed me a television but no television was provided. Needs hot water accessibility as well.

The cultural experience at kabeer left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, especially the canteen staff.When I called them to place order for my breakfast which was included in my room rent as complimentary they were very rude to me.The TV was also not working and despite repeated requests no step was taken to rectify it.Don,t go by the low room rates in hotels like this because once you check in , you will have to suffer a lot Stay here if you don't have any other option left.

location is good, food amenities and service are also good

we were here for our exhibition at pragati maidan. + point hotel is very close to the railway station, available 24 hrs, Room size are good, - point bathroom exhaust not working, taking too much time for breakfast ready, complimentary hi-tea not provided and be ready to face new delhi railway station traffic

I didn't book this hotel again It was a very bad experience in this hotel I booked a room in this hotel with my family but their services are very terrible

Great, well maintained, peaceful and happy stay. Excellent service staff they take care of every small thing

Not better. staff behaviour need to upgrade. if booked they convince to earn extra money.customer care not good

For 2500 rupees including breakfast, the bedsheets were not fresh, no woolen blanket, no standard breakfast as in menucard but offered either bread omlette+tea or bread toast + tea.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

No heater on, service charge very expensive, No clean area. Towel not in rooom, no mre

Torn bedsheets and faulty tv, despite repeated requests no action was taken to rectify them. The so called executive room was not even 200sq mtrs

Food was good hotel staff was good but bed was not comfortable i was feeling the spring of the bed while sleeping
