The location of property is excellent very close to Connaught circle and good restaurants around it The only problem we faced that our room was on 2nd floor and there was no lift Cleanliness and service excellent

Room is very small and bed also,and very conjusted,and no lift this property,otherwise room cleaning is good

room was too small and room height is lery low around 6 feet so not convenient for stay. washroom also small and not ventilated not recommended for stay at this rate 2 star facilities

This property although located in a very good place, and staff is also good but is very conjusted and does not have basic facilities like a elevator. I had a fracture in leg and had a terrible time going to 3rd floor a number of times..so you know how i am feeling.

Helpful staff and great location. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Many options for near just outside of hotel and can easily get transportation just outside the hotel

No lift in the hotel

They gave us a very bad room because we booked from make my trip , extreme most corner room which did not even had the standard double size bed for 2 persons , it was 4*6 only. The room's table drawers were not clean and full of debris when we opened it , I had to call housekeeping for that. we definitely just to have a bad experience there , instead i would have booked some other good hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was clean, well-furnished, and offered a cozy environment. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the local cuisine. The location is best —close to major attractions and easily accessible. Although Wi-Fi is weak & was slightly inconsistent at times, overall, the hospitality and experience made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a memorable stay.

Hotel was good, hygienic and staff was cooperative and very helpfull. Location is goof in middle of cp. well maintaned rooms. Only con about this hotel is there is no lift you have to climb stairs.

The location and service was good but the room was not that good . Requested a twin bed room when booked but didn’t get that and the bed was really uncomfortable .

Bedroom were very small and not well maintained, only the lobby is well maintained. Paints were coming off from the walls and there were cockroaches too. Food was very average, same food was served everyday for breakfast. Some of the staffs were very rude and not co-operative. One day they had kept some rice in breakfast which was spoiled. Just because it was in proper location and easy to commute to one place to another I have given as average or else I would had rate poor. Also the room doors are very old no proper locks. There was no ventilation in rooms. Would request to MakeMyTrip to do a surprise visit.
