Location is good. Rooms are also neat but service is pathetic. Wi-fi is poor. You have tell them to switch on the water heating system if you wish to use the bathroom in the evening. They don't even have electric kettle.

No maintenance at all. Walls have huge damp. Sheets have holes. Wall fixtures come off. Shower doesn't work. Breakfast included means being able to order only 1 item.
