everything is wrost. staff behaviour also so rude. rooms r so destroyed or smelling. furniture is broken. no tv or any equipment. pillo& mattress r stained by blood or liquid. Wrost hotel of my life😡😡😡

The facilities were a lifesaver for our family, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh during our trip.

Slept really well every night we stayed. Staff was kind and quick to help out. Room was quiet and comfortable for our whole visit.

the hotel looks very shabby, and extremely dirty,people in the hotel are not professional, they forced me to pay around 700 rs extra though i paid the whole amount earlier. they repeatedly asked me to book again through oyo where the charges were showing very less day. though i already paid 1600 and their around 700 total 2300 for 2 days stat.not a safe place for staying at all.had to leave the hotel on 24 th itself though paid for 24 th and 25 th and go and stay somewhere else. very bad experience. sorry, i have not taken any pick but will request if u have any representative in delhi, then to visit the hotel once.

It was a pleasant stay

Third class. Wish I could give negative ratings. I just wanted to spend a night, but because I was to leave early. morning with a friend on a trip and did not want to travel in the night from Greater Noida. Hence thought of coming to nearby my friends place, staying for few hours.BUT OYO never fails to disappoint you. Instead of 12PM, I came at 4PM, and some random guy came and tell me about the electricity issue on the floor I was to be given the room, informs me electrician will come, don’t know when, we have called him, till then you can go to nearby shopping mall or do sightseeing in Delhi, I have your number, I will call you whenever the room gets ready. While I picked up my phone and started searching a different hotel nearby, that random guy asked me Are you booking another hotel, I don’t replied, he smirked at my face.

I booked this hotel room on 22july2022. When j reached there they denied for checkin. I showed them all bills regarding booking even after that they denied. They said we don't get payment in our account yet
