Bathroom was too dirty and floor was not clean

I am not sure, still I am sharing the experience what I had Initially, when I went the hotel and informed regarding the booking. he said that there is no room at all who they gave you the booking Later he said me to show the booking, I showed the booking which also had the amount paid After seeing that he gave a room Which was not upto the mark as shown in picture or side by rooms Little more cleanliness, need to be done and to be maintained hygenic I am not sure weather the basic things like water bottle, saop and shampoo, tea bags extra are not given to any room or only my room. Still thanks to MMT for giving me this offer I had the wonderful service from MMT till now, hope to continue this in near future also Thank you

The receptionist was extremely rude. His attitude was like 'I don't care if I lose customers.' After I checked in, I noticed that they had kept only handwash liquid in the washroom, so I asked the staff to provide bathing soap and other essentials. To my surprise, they asked me to use the handwash as bodywash. I had booked the hotel in emergency situation, otherwise I would have never preferred staying at a hotel where the staff behaviour is such rude and reckless.

Ok ok rooms could be better looking tho location is just ok no option to choose breakfast from when selecting the room choice from mmt

I booked this hotel for someone else via makemytrip. The room always had breakfast fast included. But hotel management denied it. Guys this is a fraud hotel, ii will not even call this place a hotel and there is something unusual about this place. There are many hotels in and around east patel nagar. One can definitely try those in place of this. Like almonds, hotel sanca but definitely avoid this place. Also make mytrip i can't believe without checking the hotel they keep on-boarding every single hotel without checking it's credentials

Good hygienic valuable amenities. Good in location ways nice view recommendation for long stay and happy wish.

Very small room. Small bathroom, sound disturbance. Water kept running all night disturbing sleep. No floor mat near toilet or door. Hardly sufficient space for 1 person. High price. Not worth it

Room is very small, just provides four walls and a roof over head for a few days. Cleanliness was questionable, beddings and blankets were no exception. But above all the location of the property is something recommendable.

Hotel manager charge extra money and no chair for eating food no bucket for bath

Bathroom is very bad and services are also bad ..no good ac...

I recently visited this place with my mother. We were given well lit rooms with comfy furniture. There was no hassle in check-in process. Staff was very hospitable and kind towards us. I enjoyed the time i spent with my mother thoroughly because of them.

It was a decent hotel. We reached here easily as the hotel had great connectivity of public transport being situated in the center. It had a decent parking space aswell with good security of vehicles. The lobby area and reception were great. Rooms were giant and spacious enough for a soothing stay. At last, a great hotel in a budget friendly rate.

I was given a beautiful room with comfortable furniture and all amenities after a quick check-in. Staff members were helpful and made our stay memorable. Would love to visit again.

The location was excellent. However the service was not upto the mark. Room was average. Intercom n fridge not working. Had to constantly remind them several times to change which at last they did. Geyser was there. Ac cooling was good. The hotel needs to improve their services n keep professional staff.

I have book breakfast with stay but they denied to provide. There are no water supply in bathroom. I have wait approx 1 hrs after slow water supply in bathroom.
