The Rooms are very Comfortable with all basic amenities and toiletries available. The Staff are Very Courteous Staff. And the Food is Super Tasty.

I am the old customer since 15 years of this hotel, i am always enjoy the staying, but the most favorite things is the complementary breakfast, which i n joy every time by directly booking below this booked price, which i miss today, i am surprised to see that this is included but it should be, if there is any arrangements to get it within this tarrif pls do the needful.

The restaurant service is poor. For hours the food is not served. The restaurant took order for milk tea and brought black tea. The people are irresponsible. We were charged with breakfast by reception on the "assumption" that we had one without any kot/invoice. Hence internal control system in hotel seems weak. Rooms interiors are shabby. For eg. In room 312 there is a lot of damp and even paint has come out in many places.

Overall stay was good and comfortable. Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. Best location to access the market area. Bathroom amenities were not provided which is the only drawback

Rooms are not good. Ac was generating huge sound. It does not worth the value as we have paid. Very much disappointed.

The room was big and clean but every thing was defective. AC is fixed with selotape. AC power plug doesnot fit any thing. Comod cistern doesnot have pressure. Hot water doesnot come out from main tap only comes from bassin. An room fare of 800-900 is OK for it 1700 is too much. Pst. The food was very good. Location is Okeish

A nice hotel in Siliguri. Centrally located at the heart of the city. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The toilet was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. They helped me a lot for arranging transport to the Railway station.
