⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Mount Amara Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Ms. Prashanti at the reception for her polite and professional behavior. The food was very tasty, and the staff were extremely cooperative and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience. The room was dirty and not maintained properly, the AC was not working, and even the TV was not recharged. For the price, this kind of service is unacceptable. The only good thing was the service boy – he was polite, helpful, and provided good room service. But overall, the hotel management seriously needs to improve cleanliness and basic facilities. Not worth staying again.

Horrible Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Mount Amara, a place I've frequented once or twice a month for a while now. Unfortunately, the worst experience I had at the reception desk, particularly with Prashanti, has made this my last visit. Given my previous positive experiences, I had high expectations. However, it seems the hotel's service standards have slipped. Unless they revamp their customer service approach. Would not recommend for regular visits due to poor reception experience.
