After check in I got call from front desk asking about when the second person will come and if that person is local resident then I cannot take in .i felt very much regret and never choose your hotel in future and also will not recommend this hotel to anyone..In fact I was alone but this act made me very sad and quite disappointed about the motivation to some one called and telling this.. front desk male team behaviour is very bad it is not suitable to hospitality Bussiness

Irresponsible and arrogant staff

Air conditioner doesn't have proper cooling and their OP head, Mr. Kaushik not willing to accept any complain. Infact he was blaming that I am doing it purposely. At 10pm maintenance staff comes with ladder to see what the problem is. TV doesn't have necessary channel and staff are not willing to co-operate at all. Most arrogant and irresponsible staff I have ever come across. Only saving grace was good breakfast and courteous restaurant staff. The attitude of front office staff and OP head will spoil this property.

Had a good time here. Spacious and we'll equipped rooms with excellent food and courteous staff. Good choice of items on menu and pretty economical as well. One suggestion I would like to offer is to improve on the laundry service. Sunday was supposedly a no laundry day. Not expected at this price point. Otherwise,I'm all praise for the place.
