Hotel Sabera,Siliguri

I am satisfied with overall stay in hotel. Hotel is based at prime location, ambience is very good. Staff are well trained and hotel is professionally managed.

Everything is dirty, room was too smelly ,water leakage from washbasin to entire washroom bathroom mattress was too hard not comfortable towel was dirty

Terrible stay. Cockroaches roaming inside the room. Clumsy room and dirty bedsheets and pillows. The towels provided looked like rags. Would definitely not recommend.

This hotel is very good in this price range and the behaviour is also very good. lekin Thoda Safai ka dhyan rakhna padega

At the current price point, it is genuinely worth it. The stay was comfortable. The check-in & checkout formalities were streamlined.

The hotel is very poorly maintained. Bathroom, Bedsheet, blanket were dirty and smelling. No Lift available, although the room provided was on 3rd floor. No in-hotel restaurant or kitchen facility for food.

Near to market and everything accessible as well room were well Maintained and overall service is good.

Price not matching room Quality.Room even not having Almari for keeping any thing.Other things are good.

Location is good and all different types of food restaurants are nearby along with siliguri famous hong kong market .but as per Hotel sabera as we were living in a Economy double room we had faced some problems like for a hot water there is no direct switch for a geyser to control it when we want so we have to call hotel staff to switch on the geyser. and some of the guest doing cigrette smoke in their rooms. but unfortunately The smoke air getting inside the bathroom of the behind rooms and the last The Air conditioner is not working properly as the degree control is automatically so we can't low the temperature degree for cooling the room. so this is it and this should be resolved for a better stay for a next guests in hotel sabera

The bedsheets and pillows were dirty...there is no ventilation in the washroom.. no proper air flow...

Experience of staying in this property was very much worst. No ventilations in rooms, Hotel is full of mosquitoes, Staff is totally unexperienced and unprofessional, they demands key while you go out for shopping,etc. No geyser in rooms, mattresses are third class n poor, bumped inside. Nothing was at par with make my trip description. My child vomitted due to suffocation in room, also we could not sleep whole night due to mosquitoes n suffocation and in return they were demanding fine/extra charge for that, they also took 20 minutes to check the room and let me checkout. You can just imagine this property standards, whereas as comparatively 5 star hotels takes only 2 minutes for checkout.

The Property is right on the Main Road with the HongKong Market and many good restaurants at a stone throw distance. The Hotel Room was clean and elegant. The entire property was beautiful. The staff service and behavior were good. We checked out early morning at 4.30 am but there was No comprise in service and security. It was a very satisfied stay at Hotel Sabera.

1.No lift 2.Couldnt sleep throughout the night due to BedBugs 3.The tap in basin at Toilet is defective 4.No hot water, though after reminder of requirement of hot water at early morning In a nutshell, MOST Pathetic Hotel Siliguri, will convay over social media NoBODY to stay there.

No air passing throughout the rooms. Room rent is very high. But facilities aren't up to the mark.

Poor quality room givenr. AC temperature control not working. Fan regulator not working. Overall a poor experience

The hotel is located in prime location.Rooms are cleaned and service is also good.But it does not have lift.So it is difficult if your rooms are on the 3rd floor
