    Hotel Monarch Ashla could be a delight for the budget traveler as it is well organized, easily accessible (located on the highway, though outside the city limits), & boasts of excellent service. But my experience was utterly disappointing because I was made to believe by MMT that it's a 3-star facility which it is most certainly NOT. It has no breakfast buffet, no 24 hr restaurant, no bar, the rooms are clean but not up to date (chipping plaster, worn out furniture), taxi services not easily available from the hotel. The hotel was right on the road with no discernible garden/compound. There was no significant lounge area or lobby. The rooms were not soundproof so one is forced to listen to the plying vehicles as it is a busy highway. My room was barely fit for the cost I had been made to pay (3999 + taxes) even though it was clean. Instead of the luxury quilt there was a cheap printed blanket. Instead of customized bottles of shower gel & shampoo, there was 1-rupee shampoo sachet of a company I hadn't heard. There were two hand wash soaps, one presumably to be used for bathing. In the four days I was there, Room service did not once change towels by themselves though they did it promptly when requested. Again not something I'd appreciate at 3999 + taxes I could not have breakfast for 3 days out of 4 because I left at 8. 15am and the cook always arrived after that time even though I was charged for it in my package. They refused to modify that part of the booking even though MMT customer service assured me that they will speak with them regarding that. Even after coming back from work not so late, I could not have dinner in the hotel at 10. 20 pm since the restaurant was closed and I was forced to dress up and go looking for a restaurant on the highway. No Ola/Uber services were available even though services are easily available at other hotels located within the city. All in all I would recommend people to avoid the hotel at MMT prices. If you wish to you could visit the hotel and negotiate a reasonable price, which I think should not exceed 2000 - 2500 per day. Don't bother with the breakfast. Just take the accommodation only option. There isn't any breakfast buffet.. You can always order whatever you need separately.

    Room was very bad, bathroom light not working, no telephone in room every time go to reception and ask for every thing. I don't word to explain such bad services. I don't suggest any one to stay. Please don't stay that hotel
