No ventilation. Pungent smell. Even basic facilities like water and towels not readily available. Only good part is the way room is described on the online platform.

room is good for single occupancy but they don't give breakfast which was included in this booking

Probably the worst hospitality experience of my life. The rooms were dirty, they were stinking, linens were dirty, there wasn’t any ventilation. When I pointed this to the receptionist, he simply asked me to cancel the booking and go elsewhere at 10 in the night, knowing fully well, that I cannot do that given that I was with my wife who wasn’t keeping well.

Breakfast options are rather less. Staff decent and courteous. The room needs a little more ventilation Clean room, decent staff, great location. Breakfast options limited

It's a good hotel, stay there almost every few months and the food and hospitality is good.

My stay at Hotel Mittal Garden, Siliguri was quite disappointing. The room facilities were very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. There was no kettle for tea or coffee, no All Out or mosquito repellent, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were below standard. As compared to the price charged, the facilities were not worth it at all. The room did not meet the standard expected for the price range. The management should focus on improving the quality of rooms, providing basic amenities, and ensuring better guest comfort.

Everythings good the front desk management are excellent. Food taste quality very good. House keeping very good. Suggestions; Menu needs more diverfication. Need simple,manageable business class working rooms. Fresh touch ups now and then.

Aah, The property parking is good , I had only breakfast so Breakfast is great , but the room service is not upto the point
