The location of Mittal hotel is in the prime area of the city. The food was nice and the rooms were well ventilated and clean.

Good Food but Network Issues in Property..

Everything related to hotel is nice like the location ie Sevoke Road. The stay has plenty of parking space. Proper hygiene and cleanliness is there. Only bad thing during my 2 nights stay was that Wifi was not working. Except that all was ok. We also had our breakfast that was also very delicious.

Kettle not working! Kitchen not co operating. No proper water supply , tap , shower not working properly. Room not cleaned. It was NOT a good stay

The room showing in MMT for Mittal Gardens, Siliguri is not the same as they provide.

Stay was pleasant, Room was nicely cleaned and staff behaviour was very good.

Location is Customer service need improvement

1.Air conditioning was not very effective. 2.Electric kettle was not working,no one responded after complaining. 3.Food price is on higher side. 4.Only one water bottle was given as complimentary on a triple bed stay. 5.Location is good with Parking facility.

The facilities provided were below expectations. The Tata Sky service was non-functional and displayed a “service deactivated” message. If a customer is paying for a service, it is only fair to expect it to work properly. I raised this issue with the concerned person, and although they replaced the set-top box, the replacement had the same deactivation problem.

it was a good stay at the mittal gardens. We stayed for 5 days and the service was good and the food was good but a little costly. The parking is spacious and can accommodate many cars. service was excellent.
