denied breakfast even though we had specifically paid for the same. rooms are ok, not that good , has a peculiar door lock so you cant keep light on when youre locking unlocking door

Horrible stay no breakfast facilities but they charged for breakfast room was small bathroom was stinky no toiletries no dustbin flies mosquitoes everywhere dirty bed sheet comforter and even pillow cases were dirty rude staff behaviour we stayed with a toddler and we ask for hot water but they didn’t provide that in fact there was kettle or water bottle in our room So in short a horrible stay at very worst hotel with rude staff

It was a bad experience. They don’t give you even water. I had to buy water even to have medicine. Very small room, about 72 sq ft with not even minimum facilities in bathroom. There was no hot water, although it was listed as one of the amenities. Over all very bad experience, even though I stayed only for 8 hrs on total.

Terrible Stay

First of all, there is a problem with bookings of hotels in Siliguri via online mode. You will book the hotel but not surely be able to check in easily. The reason behind this is that if online sites offer you hotels at lower prices than the floor prices (minimum price) of hotels, the difference amount have to be paid to the hotel before you check-in. Other option is that you contact the booking site and they will pay the difference amount on your behalf. Now, we come to the second part- review of hotel. Location- distant from main market/street. Staff/Manager- very rude. Room- congested. Food- not available. Will advise not to stay there.

Good budget hotel

The stay was comfortable and everything was great except their room service. There was one room service guy named JAMAI. Please avoid this guy. He does not know how to behave. Overall everything was great about the hotel.

Not great for families to stay with

The rooms were smelly and stinky. Room finished within 2 walls, right where it started. Breakfast was pretty cheap just bread Omlet. Don't judge or believe the pictures shown.
