Hotel Vinayak

Not nice. I had booked AC deluxe double bed Room, the room was big but not so clean. Toilet was big but not clean, bucket was also very dirty. I asked for a towel, they said ok, I reminded them 4-5 times. Freeze was not working too.

Poor quality hotel.....staffs were asking for tips... and asking to arrange for airport drops on double the price of taxi

the hotel exceeded our expectations.! the location was perfect for shopping and dining. we walked everywhere and had a great time.

In a great location with helpful stars and good accommodation with good hospitality and the city market is nearby, you can you can get you can get walking distance market area and all the travelling facilities you can get you can get

Very bad experience. The room wasn't big enough compared to the price charged by the hotel. The TV was broken in the first room allotted by hotel. In another room, the intercom wasn't working, so I had to call through mobile. In the bathroom there were window instead of exhaust fan. I tried to close the window but it partially closed not fully closed. The hotel gave 500ml of two water bottles for two guests. When I asked for another they said it is chargeable ₹15 per bottle and taxes. They had provided KINLEY bottles in which it was clearly written MRP ₹10. When asked why are you charging more they replied it's a management decision. Also there restaurant DORJELING KITCHEN charged a 1L KINLEY bottle ₹35 instead of ₹20. The food tasted of their restaurant was average and the quantity was low.

The rooms were not tidy. The bathroom doors were not closing. Toilet cover was broken and filthy... In total a bad experience

The room 201 had damp water marks on its walls. We could power on the geyser, but water was not coming out. The bathroom mat was dirty.

hotel veniyak so bad no tv no gager and ac also bad I call also but no results.

I have made a video also of the room i got. Fan so noisy that listening each other was so difficult, no dustbin in the room, telephone not working, tv working but no channels , no handles on the cupboard, room was so small that how to express such a disgust, and last terrifying thing no hot water in coming from taps keeping the geyser on since 7 am till 10 am. No eagerness from management to arrange our bath with hot water. We left without it.

It was a mixed experience. only staff behaviour was good. apart from the quality of room is mediocur. Bathroom basin waste pipe was over flowed and revert back the waste water. After 10 Pm they were not ready to provide any service even food & drinking water. if any food ordered , you have to pay immediately, not with room or check out time

my stay at hotel vinayak was good but last day the security guard ask money for early morning checkout. he demand me money for open the shutter.
