Hotel Golden Inn

We love this place. It's got great staff, it's clean, the beds are nice and the view is beautiful! The restaurant on-site is great! I love the hot tub! We'll definitely be back

The room was a bit messy but the service and the food was too good

Room was not clean. No staff for attending room service. Charged more extra for ac rooms. No proper water was provided.

Except for the good location, there is nothing nice about this place. The rooms are not kept clean, the staff is helpful but untrained, restaurant facilities are as good as absent, linen is stained or torn, rooms smell of stale tobacco. Not recommended at all.

My stay was with my family. Rooms were ok but service was not good. Only 2 men were available for service for all the rooms in hotel. Maximum time no availability of them. I was complaining all the time for tv but two days passed i couldn't watch it until l i check out. Staff behaviour was good.

I had recently booked a room here for my parents. There was some miscommunication regarding the bill as the person who had told about the actual bill price wasn't there when my parent had come down to clear the bill. They were very rude. No sense of any service to the guests or any shame in accusing the guest of duping. I wasn't there with them. My parents didn't ssy anything but tried to make them understand what had happened. One staff even commented saying are you running off, said our driver daju. When they had to leave early for the medical commitments. I learn t about this incident after we left the city, had i an idea about this before i would have surely asked for an apology.

Make it mandatory to wear masks for everyone.

It was an amazing experience. Loved the stay.

The room is cleaned however small for 3 person. Washroom is also very small. However over all it's absolutely ok for family and others.

The Hotel is situated at the posh locality of the Town and service is good.

Room was clean but bedsheet were not clean.

I can rate 5-star for food, transportation, distance from NJP Station and also comfortable stay.

Services available are okay but need to improve. The time taken to serve food is very Long, towel and soap needed to be asked for.
