Classic Lodge

I booked 3 rooms, but hotels owner given only 2 rooms and he was saying i am not responsible for booking. After discussion, he was saying that you booked the hotel through mm t instead of directly hotel. This is cheating with customers

Very comfortable and restful stay, staff very helpful, professional and friendly, rooms very neat and clean, very close to the njp railway station and transport, wake up and tea was also provided at 4am, highly recommended

The room is small. Service is very poor. Unhygienic room. Staff is not cooperative at all. No lift service is there, very difficult to carry luggage.

Good place to stay near njp station. Food was also decent. We had to catch early morning train from njp. Hotel staff was helpful in early checkout process.

Staff was courteous, rooms were ok, quality & quantity of breakfast can be improved.

Owner is living close to lodge, staff are very helpful, i stayed three times during my official visit to siliguri

Room was good. Behavior of the persons nice. No help was received from the hotel owner during check out time for drop off luggage from 2nd floor of the hotel. Television was not working.

All went good, except there is no lift.

Ac service was not good at all. They were not providing extra bed which was included in our package and they’re were charging rs 500 for an extra bed. I don’t have images of the room.

Room is small but clean room. Breakfast is ok but don’t include it because only one puri sabji option is there. Staff is cooperative

The room is so small. Also, the owner has not provided the deluxe double bed room. Service is very poor. There are so many mosquestoes found in both rooms. Unhygienic room. Acs are not working at starting 30 mins.

I booked on emergency, rooms are very pathetic not at all recommended just avoid this hotel. Though it’s quite nearer to njp, staff charge high price for food, unhygienic environment in the room cost is very high

Don’t choose the property. They don’t know how to behave people. Only know the money.

It's a shabby place with hardly any space left in the room after putting the bed. And charging 3100 for this is beyond expectations, also i would expect mmt to have some kind of validation on the properties posted on their site/app. I am leaving mmt for my last 2 bookings. Shame on u mmt

I stayed in the hotel for one night. I reached there at about midnight. I called them from the way for dinner. they have guided me to reach the hotel. when I reached there, they provided me the room immediately and serve dinner. In the morning, I was calling for tea but no one received. I left the hotel at about 9.00 am in short, I was impressed in the night but totally found exactly opposite in the morning.

Rooms are very small only bed and very small space available. If you have luggage then it very difficult to stay.

Stayed for just few hours in night and it was ok. It doesn’t has lift facilities. Food is ok.

The room which i booked was double bed room with ac standard. But they allotted us the top floor(4th) room with no lift. And the room was as tiny as a mice. Not enough space to even unpack my suitcase lol. No handwash even in the bathroom. No drinking water, no land phone to call reception. No table to even eat. Very bad experience. I would like some refund in terms of appeasement.

The waiters and front desk staff are rude and like a leech they keep on standing near your room to beg for tips. Post dinner the waiter kept on standing outside my room for tips. When told to come in the morning, he insisted on the tips to be paid to him now and then and there. A lodge managed by rude beggars.

Very bad booking system by mmt. I'll never book by mmt.
