It was a terrible experience

Service is not good, no body attending properly. Toilet is not cleaned properly

Pathetic hotel. Broken ac. Fan not working properly. Telephone not working. Dirty bathroom and towels. Also in the morning they provided bfast for only 2 persons!

It was terrible, could not find the hotel, no one was picking the call, there was 3 hotels in name of swastik, all denied booking

The room was not clean. I was offered different room it was not as same as what was shown in the picture, so it's misleading. Service is terrible. I will never ever opt this hotel in future.

Torn blanket and stains in several places of blanket. Changing of blanket was not done even after complaint. Finally blanket was changed

Hotel authority denied us to give gst invoice. As per the terms and conditions for make my trip hotel should give us the gst invoice. But they refuse to give the same. I need gst invoice to submit the bill in our office for getting reimbursed

The hotel outside look was good but inside it was old type, the bathing towel they have given that was very old and the ac was not cooling as much as we want because it was also very old and looking dirty and broken. There was no chair or table for having food and the sofa that was there it was terrible.

The hotel near to main road but approach road to hotel is bit narrow. Google location of the hotel not accurate. Hotel rooms are bit small. Ok for short stay.

Hotel is expensive and room service is poor. Food is good and location is also nice.

The dunlop of the hotel room is too poor. In this price, I expect better quality of dunlop. I also complain about that to staff, but they says they have not better than that bed. So the hotel have to improve their bed quality. I am supposed to not visit again to this hotel, thank you.
