This is our first stay in barsana hotel and it turns into so relaxation stay ever,hotel staff were very friendly nature special mention to shiv Shanker he helped me through out the day and he makes our stay more comfortable. Thanks to housekeeping person and food is also very good my husband liked it too. We will definitely visit again

Good service. Very well kept rooms with all modern facilities. The bathrooms was also very well maintained.

The facility is beautiful and the location is nearer to the airport. Good quality is good.

Housekeeping is worst, while checkout they have kept me waiting for the clearances. Asking for so many times then too they don’t provide water on time to the room. They even have me for a small bill of food while on my stay . If I would have checked out then the situation would have been different but as i was already staying they kept on calling me for clearance .

The hotel area was clean and green. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Swimming pool, gym and restaurant was also good. Only thing missing was they were offering Non-veg food in there nearby hotel and connecting area was a skywalk but without any shade to avoid direct rains.

Staff were polite and super helpful. The check-in was smooth, complimentary drinks was provided at check-in. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and the food? Everything was best of the best 💯 Doesn't even look like a 3 Star hotel it is definitely underated Just wow 😳

I had a wonderful stay at Barsana Hotel & Resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is quite convenient—just around 10 km from Bagdogra Airport, making it ideal for travelers. The food at the in-house restaurant is absolutely delicious, with a good variety of options. The property also features a swimming pool and a gym, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stay near Siliguri!

Very good property. Spacious rooms. We are vegetarians and this hotel provides vegetarian food. Food was very nice... especially breakfast spread was great.

The hotel is very hygiene and staff is very hospitality but room which I booked is not provided they are adjust on thier own will..I was book for twin premium room but they provided single bed Anyway hotel was very pleasant and fit for vacation and family trip

I had a very comfortable stay at hotel Barsana. The rooms and washrooms were very spacious and the room service was good. The staff was polite. Even the food at both the restaurants in the hotel was very good. I even booked a herbal facial at the spa and the experience was divine.

The rooms were spacious and the washrooms were spot on with the resturant service and food quality up to the mark so I was very satisfied with my stay over there
