room are very poor quality and room service are very poor, in bathroom no soap and shampoo also no toothpaste and toothbrush, and also sleepers also not available in room, and ac not working properly.....

Nice clean stay. good food. staff were good. They charged a service charge which was removable. Thankyou for your service.

Area was not comfortable for family/with women. Not interested for next time, don’t want to describe the experience. We have breakfast included room but no one from hotel not ask single time for breakfast, so we left the hotel without breakfast.

I have booked AC premium Room with balcony but give me double bed and the room was small . No dentel kit shower gel and furniture was old .

1.No hand wash in the bathroom. 2.Made to wait over an hour for Wi-Fi and hand soap despite repeated calls. 4.No response to any requests. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life;

There is some noise from the club next door between 10-12pm. It was convenient to have food delivered from the club next door.

This was our second stay at this hotel and just like our previous visit in 2019, this stay was also good. Rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. Staff behaviour is really good, and the check in and check out process is smooth. Food is reasonable and really tasty. Room service is really quick. The hotel is located at siliguri railway station and platform is easily accessible. I am really happy with my stay and will choose this hotel on my third trip to siliguri. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff members.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The range of tariffs charged against stay doesn't match the kind of infrastructure the hotel provides. Food was good. The service boy was good. The staff were cooperative.

This hotel is nearest from siliguri junction railway station i. E, about 50 metre. It has inbuilt restaurant and bar. Food is a bit costly but quantity and taste is great. Room and washroom were very clean. The behaviour of staffs is very good and they are very helpful too. You will get all the facilities you require as a traveller.

Hotel was good, however we had a couple of minor issues like, we had to follow up for hot water in bathroom, kettle was not working etc. We can go here again.

It was a good experience overall. The hotel was exactly beside the Siliguri Junction Railway Station and just 50 metres from Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand. Stayed at the Deluxe room. Room was spacious. Had a double bed with bedside tables, TV, Split AC, dedicated work desk with a mid back revolving office chair, a small tea table with a single chair and a wall open stand for clothes. Rooms were very neat and clean with proper room service availed through intercom. The work desk was equipped with 2 750 ML packaged drinking water bottles, 1 coffee sachet, 1 sachet of milk powder, multiple tea bags, an electric kettle, jug and pair of drinking glasses. Washroom was neat and clean but lacking a little maintenance like the door lock now working hence had to use the bolts, shower pores were having little black stains, but the toiletries was not at all good, just a single sachet of clinic plus and a very small soap. I feel the hotel can improve on this part since the charge they are taking with that an expense amount of Rs 50/- or Rs 100/- is very much deserved. The provision of hot water is a centralised one and not specific to the room, hence had to face an issue where hot water was not coming and had to call reception and then upon hearing the same they switched it one. This was something that I feel they should keep it on as always just like any proper 3 star hotels.

Location is nearby Siliguri station. Ambience wise not so appealing. Food quality is ok at the price provided.
