Hotel Conclave

होटल वाले हमको रूम देने से मना कर रहे थे,वे चाहते थे जो हम बुकिंग कैंसिल करा दे, लेकिन मैं नहीं माना मैने कहा जो मेरे पैसे डूबेंगे आप हमें लिख कर दो जो हम रूम नहीं दे सकते, तब करीब 1 घंटे बाद हमको कमरा मिला वो भी बिना चाय, दूध ,चीनी के पैकेट,पानी या अन्य सुविधाएं के हमपर होटल वाले की तरफ से बुकिंग कैंसिल करने का दवाब बनाया गया, 1 घंटे बैठने के बाद रूम मिला वो भी बिना किसी सुविधा के शायद वो रूम पहले ही बुक कर चुके थे

Food was Great. Hospitality was great too. We had booked two rooms and the rooms were clean and bathroom was neat and tidy too. Best part was the food. Had a delicious spread and everything was freshly made

Zero cooperative behaviour of desk staff, they're so rude and arrogant with there customers, plus room's are bad as well and cheap food quality! regretting my decision of booking this hotel. Thank you

I stayed for 3 days quite an alright place, couple friendly, that was good, good privacy, helpful staff. They could wash they're floor mats more often though.

Hotel is such located that the private taxi to darjeeling or kalimpong and nearby place is available just at the walking distance from hotel. Railway station is also very close to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean and also have a nice dining area.

Everything was fine and i also enjoyed the stay a looooottttttt, good place for my family
