Hotel ka location room, interior room, ka quality Bahut Hi Kharab Hai. Service Aap Theek Bodh sakte hain. Food quality Bado accessory proper Nahi Hai with Kharab Purani Sada quality.

Central location, good rooms.But TV not working. Poor response from staff. Storage smell (Like cigarettes) in room. Need to work on this smell. Breakfast was good,Dinner- Thali Veg very cheap quality. R oom service good

Good location and good hospitality. Property is well maintained, very clean and hygiene. Talking about food, it was good though. And all the staff are very polite. Highly recommended and we will surely visit again.

Wonderful hotel. So nice. Well maintained. Clean and neat. Location also good. Staffs are well behaved. Food items are fine but the cooking quality can be improved. Moreover the staffs are really very helpful. Overall nice stay with family.

Location is good, near to market. Rooms are clean. One thing that should be improved is breakfast timing. One has to remind them for breakfast at least half an hour earlier. Otherwise, nice stay

During my one-day stay at hotel royal city, i found the overall facilities to be satisfactory. However, i was disappointed to discover torn bed sheets and a missing glass slab in the washroom’s windows. On the bright side, the remaining amenities were in good condition, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The location of the hotel was easy to find. The amenities were good too and i was happy about the restaurant being on the 1st floor.

Quality and service extremely worst.

We have taken the hotel for our night stay at siliguri in our darjeeling trip. We reached hotel t 10. 30p. M, staffs are present at hotel and they have given all services. They took order for food at such late night and foods were good. Ample space for parking with security deployment. Hotel located at such a point that both road hill cart road and sevok road can be taken easily.

Door not working, breakfast worst, not worth of tariff, worst stay. Worst stay,

Had a small stay i. E. 01 night a/with my family at hotel. Had booked 02 deluxe rooms with complimentary breakfast. Room provided was very neat & tidy and ac working properly. The bedding provided was very good. The attached bathroom was also very neat and tidy with provision for hot water also. Had dinner at restaurant on 1st floor and the food was very good& tasty. Morning breakfast too was wholesome and tasty. Over all a very nice and comfortable stay at siliguri in royal city.
