Hotel is clean and well maintained. It is very peaceful. Room amenities was good along with clean washroom and good water flow.

Neat and decently maintained property in a country side few kms away from NJP Rly stn. Has served a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner cooked and served was really praiseworthy. It was really a great stay… the staff was also very great, everyone was very helpful, i really loved the swimming pool, i even liked the game room, the food was also very nice, overall the service was very nice

It was decent. Breakfast options could have been better. Staff were polite & helpful. It was a one night hence good enough for us

We had a great experience at the Hotel except at the swimming pool side may be outsiders were also allowed who were drinking and smoking with hotel guests around, who were bit uncomfortable there due to them.

The hotel was good and very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and polite. The food served was delicious and yummy. It is a perfect destination for tourists travelling back home from NJP Station. All combination of rooms are available.

I stayed at The Autograph Inn in Siliguri, near NJP railway station, for a night during my trip to Gangtok. The stay was quite comfortable — especially for the price they offer. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff members are super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good too — enough variety to get you going. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a short or even a long stay near NJP.

Autograph Inn is located near highway and around 5 kms from new Jalpaiguri station. Rooms are well kept, food is good plus room size is also appropriate. It's value for money

Property location is off beat in Bypass, but nice tastefully made by owner. Food quality - pathetic,worst breakfast buffet,rotten chutney,taste less food, flies all around.One of the worst, very bad taste and very less options served in the breakfast buffet. This property with such kind of breakfast is not recommended at all

The staff were extremely helpful at all times, they helped us with our check in and check out at odd times

The location was not very good but the hotel, room and service were good and the food was not good as per the price.

About the stay.. it was excellent.. all facilities available. Also the behaviour of the staff was very polite which is very very important. About the location , its a bit outskirts from the city and they dont have their own drop off cars .. so the car rent to railway station was a bit high( rs 600 for 4.4 kms to njp railway station). About the food , price is fine but the chicken was too spicy and not fresh. But overall just for stay i more than satisfied.

The location is pretty good, near to the NJP railway station. The front desk was very efficient and helpful. The check- in formalities was completed in less than 5 minutes. Served delicious food. Please ask the front desk for help if you are to take the train etc in odd hours - always ready to help. Nice stay, looking forward to staying there in our next trip.
