Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall)

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Mount Amara Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable night. The location was convenient and quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Miss Prashanti. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She even arranged a late check-out when I needed a bit more time in the morning. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Big thanks to Miss Prashanti for making my short stay so pleasant. I will definitely consider returning to this Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) on my next visit!

Property is good it's clean n hygienic but little maintenance is needed in the bathroom area. Overall it's good I would give 3.5 out of 5 due to low amenities providing the Wi-Fi is not enough we had to request for the boiling kettle n also there was no coffee or tea sachet available. We booked two rooms but they provided us with one kettle that too after requesting. Try to upgrade your amenities as well for the deluxe rooms. (Atleast boiling kettle n coffee /tea sachet should be provided )

Room was nice what I expect that I got from the facility for the price .food was nice veg salads ,tea coffee ,egg ,South Indian (idli),corn flakes ,etc as it was complementary for me .Staff attitude was excellent .**SPA service was not available but they have not mentioned in the advertisement,that was create bad impression to this them.Because I searches Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) with spa facility .

Pleasant stay and peaceful environment. All the staff are polite and helpful especially front desk staff. Only drawback is approached road to Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) which need maintenance and some amenities in room like hair dryer, etc..

Mount Amara is my go to place every time I visit Siliguri, food was good as always with the clean rooms and especially what always makes my stay better is a staff name Miss Prashanti,
