No shop in bathroom Poor service response No towel in bathroom When I asked for any service there was delay in response.Almost they ignored

The hotel was average in terms of cleanliness and services. We have to ask for Towel, Dental Kit, Soap. Shaving kit was not provided. TV setup box was not charged despite request. The room was smelling with cigarette smoke. No room freshener was provided. No water bottles were provided only ordinary water bottles were provided. Hence it was average hotel just Ok for a day or two but not with family.

Very nice rooms clean staff behaviour is very good. Hotel in proper location just beside the man market of Siliguri

Poor room condition from inside . AC not working, Bed sheet stains and no telephone to call reception. At this price range not at all good. Staff are helpful though. But again the Restraurant service is not good

Rooms are not good

After checked in I got my towel after 6 hours and basic hospitality is below average. Better to avoid staying.

Food supply problem. Breakfast and lunch and dinner advance payment this is veg hotel

Service is slow and they provide the same breakfast 3 days

Though the size of the deluxe room is smaller than usual, it was well decorated, clean, full of essential amenities. Feeling safe and excellent. Best hotel in siliguri at such a cheap rate.

First of all the room lacks basic amenities,, I booked a deluxe room and superior deluxe room ,,and it doesn't have basic amenities like soap,shampoo, conditioner..It doesn't have a simple mat in the room ..Room was extremely small and stuffy.Breakfast option was limited..only Dosa and chole bature was available..Early morning they switched off the current..Horrible experience.

Hotel service boy are so helpful and good service loaction is good and hotel stuff are so helpful

it was good stay room hygiene was good and staff were cooperative thanks to Make My Trip for giving value for money accommodation

Food is too good and location is fav. Rooms are cozy and service on time! Must recommend with budget price. Most importantly staffs are friendly and approachable! Birender and team is awesome!

I book premium room at this hotel.tv & Ac remote are not working.rest stay is good

The property is well maintained located at the heart of Siliguri at Sevok road.Hotel served pure vegetarian food.Food was very delicious and the service was excellent.Staffs are courteous and very helpfull.All best to Sumi Yashshree Hotel.
