Review Of Hotel Prakash

I found the property and booked 2 rooms but when we visited the hotel, it was not clean and very bad odour was coming from the rooms. We decided to cancel the stay but we already paid so couldn't cancel it. Overall, we had a very bad experience and will surely avoid this hotel in future.

Rooms are in very poor condition, and basic amenities are not up to mark, geyser was not working. Its a pathetic experience

First of all the number provided was not responsive. I had to check in a bit early so they demanded an extra amount despite my room being booked. The staff don't know how to behave. You have to remind the manager at least two to three times if you face any kind of inconvenience to solve it.

I did not find water in the morning due to a light problem till 7. 30am. Many customers leave the hotel today.

Pathetic experience, during rain the whole room wall was leaking water, ultimately 4 people had to shift and adjust in 1 room, manager wasn't available and the security guard didn't helped, whole night was just awful. They charged 1600 per room, but honestly the room quality was not worth above 800. If you are looking for an awful experience filled with regret and sadness then please book this hotel right now.

No lift, vied room service, order on phone call only! the hotel is under renovation. Secretary staff very bad.

The room was decent. The property is very much close to the bidhan market area. Lift work just started and hopefully will be completed in a few months. Food quality was not bad.

Room is very small according to to the price and the co workers are also not so much supportive.

It was not a hotel, it was just a stay place where after 12am bathroom water supply stopped. The room was ugly, walls are falling off. & the staff behaviour was too rude. Make my trip charged heavy extra amount to book this hotel, where the the actual price for a night was low normally. Please stop recommending such worst places to customers where they can't even get water supply.

It's quite budget friendly for the location. Staffs were good. But the room and blankets/pillow are unhygienic

Overall, I had a bad experience with this property. cleanliness is not upto the mark.

Rooms were very small and dirty. Window was broken. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Pillow and bedsheet was not clean. No hot water in room. Towels not provided in room.

Location is just near to hong kong market and public transit. Behavior of hotel manager was very great. Upgraded our room without any cost.

It was average experience of stay.

Hotel was situated in middle of the market so, it didn't take much time & effort to reach there. I was alloted a room at the top floor, the other rooms on that floor were under maintenance. Room was okayish, putty was peeling off the walls. Bathroom seemed untidy and jet spray wasn't working properly. I also couldn't find Wi-Fi though it was mentioned in the amenities section at the time of booking. TV, fan and lights worked just fine. Bed sheet and blanket looked clean. Window slider was jammed due to dirt, couldn't open it to get fresh air.
