we book for day but still we stay for only 12 hours in this time 4 time the electricity is gone but there is no backup electricity in the hotel but we are surrounded multiple hotels but they have their backup electricity, and the water in bathroom is just red so much iron in it...we take a shower then we all have itching on all over our body. and there is no complementary water or even hand soap in bathroom....we book this room

Room as well as service was not at all good. Even signboard of the hotel was a little bit different from the one which has been displayed. The hotel is situated at remote place and no essential things are available in the nearby areas. Food articles are neither prepared by the hotel nor arranged by the hotel authorities. Geyser was non operational.

3. The hotel was average. We were allotted a room in the 4th floor and there were no lift. The staircase was also small. The manager was kind of rude when we asked him to send the food in the room. He sometimes hangs up the call in the middle which shows his attitude towards his customer. They lack sense of responsibility. The location was overall good but remember don't book this place if you are coming with your old parents.

Very poor that you don't understand what written on the fine print. Its clearly mentioned pets are allowed with an extra charge ( payable towards cleaning. Next time please read all the charges before making any payment and before leaving any stupid review like this.
