Reception person was very slow

The room was very small

The owner is a very bad person, he doesn't communicate well and his staff's behavior is also very bad.

very bad experience..charged us extra. we went as a group but they did not allow us to stay in a room for chats and hence asked money because we were of different genders. Although we informed that we all will be awake as we had to check out at 3 am because we have train at 4. they charged us extra as it was raining and was almost 9 at night we paid but when we went at room we saw something fishy so we just checked if any other hotel was available offline as soon as we got one we checked out. we were there for 10 mins couldn't take the risk of even standing there. We paid for deluxe rooms and extra. the rooms that were provided was fishy, the bathroom had broken window anybody from other building can see us. we both girls were about to stay there and after a while day journey from sikkim we experienced this. ...

The Hill View Lodge is an average food and lodging station, staying for one night for some emergency purposes is okay but more than that is not good, staff are very good to interact but they need more professionalism and efficiency towards their work.

Unpleasant experience at reception.We reached there at 8 pm. There was not a single drop of water from 9 pm onwards. Neither did they try to make alternative arrangement.

horrible experience too dirty and staff are too rude specifically the old person. and it's not 6 minit from station it's actually 20 minit from station and even the owner took commission for early morning transfer from hotel to station.

I had booked a ticket through the MMT app and got a room on the fourth floor. If I had booked a room myself, I could have got a room on the ground or first floor. The room is very small and is far from the MMT station.

Nice hotel with heater, only problem was they had limited variety of breakfast. Still i would visit again

Bed was broken & shaking, staff behaviour was rude, hotel is on roadside so don’t expect that you will be able to sleep properly because whole day and night you will hear the noise of vehicles. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Shabby room, dirty linens, toilet space is insufficient. Its not worth staying with family. The rent which has been charged is phenomenal in comparison to the amenities available

I booked for 4 people that they will provide 2 rooms for 3 + 1 beds. However they provided 2 + 1 beds for 4 people. Very unhygienic, suffocating and damp rooms. Toilets are the most unclean we saw small fly larvae crawling on the bathroom floor. Will never recommend this hotel.

I have booked this hotel about 10 days ago and when I went to their hotel they didn't pick up my call and also they closed their hotel without any check in. I also paid the full amount about 7 days ago. They told me that they have no notifications regarding my booking which is never possible. Then I called police and they sorted out the matter and they arranged me a new hotel for the night. I suffered there from 11 pm to 2 am. The Hotel manager is a cheater. I will advise not to book their hotel. They are horrible😡😡
