Hotel Orchid

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is very near to NJP railway station and is situated in a good locality. The reception persons and other staff are very courteous. The rooms are very clean. Very satisfactory amenities provided at a reasonable rate. Those looking for transit hotels in NJP can select this as a safe and standard hotel.

it's a hidden treasure near the station. Sparkling clean and very well maintained rooms, helpful staffs and on the main road this hotel meet all expectations. as a single female travelor I felt absolutely safe.

when we walked in the first thing the person at the desk did was click a photo of my husband. He then kept calling us downstairs for a million reasons asking us questions about where he was from and then asked for me under the pretext of trying to quiz me whether my husband was really my husband. when I called up make my trip helpline, kuldeep singh the customer service agent started justifying why it was ok for the person to instead of ask me for my ID (which he did not ask for by the way) he started asking me all questions about where he was from etc. but more than that were they suggesting what I think they were? in which case your customer service agent did not protect my honour and I got insulted for booking a room and giving them business. why? because I needed to sleep close to the station do I could get a few extra minutes of shut eye.

Hotel was nice. Near NJP Railway Station. Room ambience was very Nice. Staff were very supportive. Overall Nice Hotel👍

One of the best hotel to stay in njp. I would surely recommend everyone to have a stay here.

Location of this property is the prime reason for booking it in the first place...very close to NJP station....but still you'll need to book an auto to reach the station in the wee hours of the morning

it's a nice place located near railway station. but they dont provide electric kettle and tea supplies in the room. Rooms are good and neat and clean.
