Hotel Golden Dragon

So i have had a rough experience with this hotel the room was gross and had a dead cockroach in it entire property had molds in the rooms and the front of the hotel was good but the inside was straight out of a horror flim. The staff was decent but didnt had anyone to carry my luggage to room had to carry 3 large suitcases up 3 floors by muself

Location is good. Front desk staff was also good. The room was full of dust. Towels were torn. Maintenance very poor. Make my trip should review whether this hotel can be kept as their partner in future or not

AC was not working properly. Room service is not good.

it's good for travellers coz there's near by all the thing like station,market etc

As per tariff it is okk but not upto the mark , the location is too not accurately shown. it is far more than the location shared in site.

staf behavior is very rude

The staffs are average . The room is not so good . The bed cover is little bit dirty and the bathroom is not so good . I request you that to clean the bathroom and the bedsheets. The rooms are average

Overall the stay was good but unhygienic and there are lizards in the room as well as cockroach

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Gangtok . The rooms were clean & Ac worked . Staff were welcome

Room were terrible.. lizard all over the hotel room ...dirty rooms no proper care .. rooms contains cockroaches as well...entire room is filled with spider web

AC was good, sleeing fan was good, basin moderate, no TV, neer to very good hotel.

they didn't provide the room shown . and ask me more money with rudely way. so, i get out from the hotel without check in, that was my very bad experience .

The hotel room was disgusting the room was terrible the condition was pathetic the room was full of insects termite cockroach roaming around bed was with termite

Staff behaviour was good, location of hotel is also very prompt, but cleaning status of room specially pillows and bedsheets have some bad smell or odour. There should be maintain some hygiene in room and bathrooms. Overall average experience.

Excellent views, comfortable and spectacular location, pleasant staff and service, had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
