had booked the hotel as per the ratings. But, this hotel is overrated. At the time of check out, they asked me to submit the AC remote from the room for which I had to go back to the 3rd floor to get the remote. Apart from this, the facilities provided in the room were below average and the dinner was also not good. They were given lunch time food at dinner and the egg gravy was bad. Clearly the rating of the hotel has been manipulated

location was good but hotel have lack of Basic facility like bed pillows and blanket were very dirty. no towel hanger in bathroom. there was not any dustbin provided and also doormat and mat were very dirty.

All r good but sign board should be clearly displayed so Travellers identify the lodge

They did not know about my booking. Bedsheet and pillows cover were not wash. No towel, bath soap were provided by them

I had a confirmed hotel booking through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival, we were told by the hotel that no room was available—even though we had booked and paid in advance. There was no prior communication, no explanation, and no support from MakeMyTrip during this issue. The hotel themselves arranged for our stay at another property, but that stay was extremely disappointing — poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and not at all what we paid for. We booked our original hotel for specific standards and location, and the alternate option was close but it’s frustrating and unacceptable to face this kind of situation after planning and paying in advance. MakeMyTrip should take accountability for the vendors on their platform and ensure travelers don’t end up stranded or stuck with subpar accommodations. Would not recommend based on this experience.

AC NOT WORKING , NOT PROPER CLEANING

The services were too poor and their food was terrible.. My child and I were sick because of their bad food
