Location is good. Good staff behaviour. Rooms are small as per price but clean rooms

Rooms are not clean at all, fungus found on walls, pillows. Spider web on wall, near bed.

the room was not as per the rate...smells so bad.....not recommended at all

It's a very pleasant stay with triupati pvt lodge. The staff especially showed very much dedication with their job. I will want to stay again with the triupati pvt lodge.... Keep it up team triupati....

Room not clean, no proper arrangement like , no drinking glass, no clean bed sheets, toilet also in clean

I missed my train and did not reach Siliguri. I contacted them for a cancellation and refund request. The hotel did not agree for a refund.

The stay was horrible. The hotel has cleanliness issues. The toilet was not cleaned, the blanket was heavily stained, the sofas were covered in dust, the eating table had food particles and oil on it. When I asked the housekeeping to clean the toilet right after I checked in, they told me there attendants are gone and this would not be possible now. I checked in late in the night, but this is disappointing that people who would check in late might not get a clean toilet.

Location is very good nearer to NJP RLY.STATION. But cleanliness is very poor. Improper functioning of some electrical plug for mobile charging. But room service person is very good and his own service is good. Food quality is moderate. For one night stay, it may be selected.

Good stay! overpriced lil bit , pros : near NJP, good food. Good for those who are looking for stay near njp junction

Room are very very small hardly had space to move, beds are terrible to sleep, whole night couldn't sleep, I won't recommend anybody to stay at Tirupati Lodge
