We stay for 5 days .The staffs and logging etc are best and reliable Mainly The Desun hospital near it.Markets shops are nearby.

The hotel manager made me pay extra 800 rupees for check in I contacted you to sort this you said it was raised and escalation team will get back but you just ring me for 1 sec and hang up, you just say it so you don't get an error as the agent who picked up my call basically make my trip just wants to takeu our money and will not help us if we face problems at the hotel,will never be booking with you learn something from booking.com

The property location is very convenient as it is within 5-6 kilometres from both siliguri jn and njp. The reception and lobby area was well maintained. No lift is available. Overall cleaning is good. No centralised ac. Rooms are small. Both small and large types of wash rooms are there. If the wash room is large, the room is small. The ventilator in our room toilet was kept open and it made an inconvenience for ladies. Food was, freshly made, good and tasty. It took almost 45 minutes to provide in the room. Quality, crockery and utensils were hygienic and provided in the room with required numbers.

The hotel staff provided a room which did not have the facility to be locked from inside. The lock was broken. Ac, tv, shower, bathroom jet flash not work.

1. At first refusing to check in after 10 pm later allowed on request 2. No elevator, too much inconvenient to transfer luggages to 2nd floor, even no one present to help at 9 am next day while checking out 3. Exhaust fan at toilet not working 4. Geyser worked but no mixer for hot & cold water supply 3. No staff except security guard to receive at night while checking in 4. Bed size not ' king' 5. Naked electrical wire joints 6. Dirty bathing towel, doormat, bedsheet, rooms are gloomy and uncleaned many more, requesting to be listed out from mm t app.

There was no such policies of minimum age 21, it was clearly mentioned that minimum age has to be 18, but when we arrived told us minimum age of staying was 21 years and took extra 1000 rs. Guys please stay away from this hotel
