Excellent Hospitality, staff were very helpful. Rooms were great and spacious. Great ambience with good restaurants. The Property is extremely clean and Excellent ambience. Staff were very helpful and Breakfast had good options. My whole stay was way to comfortable

I stayed at this resort in Siliguri over the weekend with two friends. Honestly, it didn’t feel worth the price. The room was small and lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge. The resort has very limited activities — the only one being the swimming pool, which is open only until 6 PM. If you’re someone who enjoys a late evening or night swim, that’s not an option here. Overall, the experience was average at best, and given the cost, I expected better facilities and more flexibility. Would recommend exploring other options in this price range.

While everything else was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the rude behaviour exhibited by the older staff member at the reception.

Property is well managed. as well as the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Location is also perfect.

As property is situated around 12 kms from centre but in my case i had to spent night only before next day morning flight i found property amazing with pool and restaurant and bar.Restaurant which is at property entrance is it’s attraction as people come here to have food after long drive.Breakfast which was not served in buffet as there were not many guest staying in the property still they gave plenty of options and was really well taste wise.I booked room with two king beds which was very spacious.If you don’t want the city hustle and bustle it’s the best place to stay.

The swimming pool was not functional at the peak of summer season and the management made no effort to remedy the situation

Everything was good. including cleaning & food. Just 1 issue was the delay in services, even to bring the plates & glasses, staff took a lot of time.

It's a nice place for a vacation or small get together or party. The food quality was good but a little overpriced. The location is beautiful but quite far from the main city. Services can be improved. Overall It was a nice stay.
