Review Of HOTEL ROYAL VANILLA

As always excellent, it’s our third time booking this hotel very much comfortable and everyone was very co-operative . Good parking facilities so that we don’t have to worry about our bike’s cars . Looking forward to book again.

I have already stayed in this hotel many times before and I always have the best experience.The stay was lovely.Very helpful and courteous staffs and also they have a very good service. Excellent place to stay!!

Rooms are very small and service is pathetic , they don’t even provide cutlery even after requesting for it. Plus they charge you money if you dirty the bed sheet . Worst experienced

Location was good. Parking was available. The staff could be more active. But no problems with rooms.

there was a problem with the electrical system. So repeatedly there was no power in the room for a long time

The room was too small very little space dosent look like the ones in the picture dont get your self fooled!!!

Had a wonderful stay! The property’s location was perfect—peaceful yet accessible. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, offering a great variety. The facilities were well-maintained and made our stay very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The location is great for transportation, easy to reach. Good staff behaviour, helpful. The rooms are very clean and restrooms too. Look forward to visit soon !

Very bad experience extremely bad service room r very dirty my stay was for a week and no room service (room cleaning was done even after reminding

When I reached hotel room , bed sheet was not replaced there were hair strands , dental kit they kept was already used one it has only brush and toothpaste was not there , then there is no ventilation in bathroom on top of that they kept room fresh Ner hanging in the bath room which smells like incense stick with very horrible smell u even got headache so I threw it out of the room , room is also very small in size , i asked for laundry bag they told me they don’t have , rest of the things like AC , TV , and other things like light , and other amenities were good and in good condition but again fan is making noise like may be it’s not fixed properly or something like that , rest is ok but now onwards I don’t think that I will go there again sorry please improvise , we stayed for two days but we experienced inconvenience to find out the location of the hotel too because they don’t have proper light and sign board with proper lights so first day we told them about our inconvenience but same thing repeated on the next day too , they switched off lights of signboard so we found it difficult to locate the hotel properly

Absolute gem! This being my first hotel booking in Siliguri, I was skeptical at first. I got a Rapido ride to this place easily at 8:00 pm, which explains the accessibility of this place. It's a bit far from the hubbub of the town. The check-in process was hassle-free with minimum questions asked. The receptionist was very courteous. The room was very clean. The linen was spotless, a very rare occurrence in budget hotels, and toiletries were provided. The TV, AC and everything else provided was functional. An electric kettle was provided along with necessary accoutrements for brewing some tea. The washroom was spot on too, a little compact but tidy. Their in-house restaurant is very good as well. I got myself a good dinner and a very scrumptious maggi for breakfast and that too at a very nominal price. The check-out process was just likewise. Overall, a thumbs up!

this was a really good experience ☺️,, nice staff,, their behaviours are fine,, and the location was amazing 🤩... totally peace ✌️ fully hotel 🏨,, and they provide you everything, like 2 cup of tea brush 🪥 colgate shampoo lotion body wash, water heater free wify free parking everything you want... And mostly no extra charge total in one package 📦,,. Thank you guyz
