Washroom is not clean ,unhygienic Room .No Backup Electricity.

Needed personal space and this hotel understood. Staff gave me privacy while making sure I had what I needed.

Very bad service, don’t stay , 1 hours waiting time in outside of the property , very low class service.

The toilet door is unsafe from inside. Problem for ladies. No saving mirror inside the toilet. An obstacle wardrobe above the bed. As per the rent charged provided room is not good quality.

Rooms are not same as shown in pictures and size of room is very less

As per the reservation there was included dinner and breakfast but the hotel had denied providing food as they said their restaurant was closed and they are not providing food making reservations from makemytrip app.

As per price this guest house is good but they don't give a look on cleanliness and hygiene. Room and bathroom was really very dirty but when i asked the reception boy he arranged to clean my room. He was really very supportive and courteous. But they should clean and check the room before the check-in of the customer. I asked a day before for early check in and the reception boy "subho" arranged the early check in but room was not clean. No doubt-he staff is really helpful and supportive. So if you want a room in less price then you may go for it.

I think they should sanitise the room but they don't, no sanitizer, manager was good his behavior
