Don't pay online, cash preferred
The hotel check-in experience was a disaster as they were not willing to respect the booking made via online payment. Cash is preferred as they have disputes with Oyo and other online booking portals. Breakfast was not provided for the same reason. The hotel itself is well situated with clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff isn't very proactive or helpful. Value for money as long as you book directly with them and pay in cash.

Best guesthouse
I stayed there for two nights and it was awesome experience. The owner of the hotel is so kind and humble to me. The architecture of the room was beautiful and all round it is an excellent guesthouse I ever stayed in my life.

Good enough but lunch and dinner not available
No doubt, the Guest House is good enough there is just breakfast service available, but lunch/dinner services are not available. You can avail zomato or swiggy services there.

Excellent hotel
We went there for 1 night stay, had an amazing experience, the staffs are very friendly and room is very comfortable. I prefer everyone this hotel, it's cheap also.

Excellent budget hotel at Siliguri
The hotel is situated at a prime location in Siliguri. For the time being only breakfast is available. Service is very good by the staff. Highly recommended.
