Siliguri/Darjeeling Trip

Service was excellent. However, gave good rating because of water and shower issue. Often found shower trickling down. No temperature control. Washroom tap had no adjustment. Water temperature was extremely hot all the time. Had to improvise to use a bucket to mix shower water and tap water for comfortable shower. Rroom and house cleaning service providers were outstanding. Especially Sunil was always happy and very helpful. He is an asset to your organization.

The check in process was delayed no water in the rooms they said they serve complimentary breakfast but was still charged kind of expensive and the food is very average to be honest the price is not justified according the poor quality of food. No electricity during the day

Complimentary breakfast in this place is just a word that has no meaning asking for menu card was a joke, they did not have any, they say that breakfast is to be had from the set menu, staff need to be trained, we as guests are here to give you business, but the staff have a different notion as if we are here to harass them, do we as guests not have the right to ask for menu card, do we as guests have no right to choose what we want to eat. Thank you not happy at all

The stay was terrible - no professional employee no active room service extension not suitable atmosphere for family deceiving as its trebbo hotel the room was not ready at the time of chek in even after 2 hours. A public liquor shop at the ground floor fittings are dirty and broken.

familyThe property was still under construction. It was not mentioned that the property does not have lift. We have been provided room in the 3rd floor and it was like draining out energy in the hot weather in a pr last week. Ground floor bar is a concern for the families staying in the property. I do not prefer to opt for this property to stay.

Overall a comfortable stay with great hospitality, and also a good in house restaurant. Just one thing to be careful about is the price of the in house restaurant food menu is expensive. I would suggest folks to have a one course meal only.
