A cosy quiet upscale hotel at a prominent location
The property is nice, at a prominent but quiet locality, not very far from the Tenzing norgay bus stand and siliguri station. The executive room had been quite spacious and neat and tidy with all the necessary toiletries and beddings. Room service was quite prompt. Staff behaviours have been polite. Our stay was very satisfying and we shall surely choose this property next time if we visit SIliguri

The place was in main market location and food quality was good and other amenities were good but it can be improved and overall stay was good

Good property and the services are good. They have huge parking space, thats an additional advantage with this hotel. You may park also if you want to go out and visit mountain area

A neat and clean hotel with all amenities in good location. Location little bit far from NJP station, about 7 KMS,but assessible. Only issue is food, which tastes good but over priced. Owners should look into this. Else a very good property to avail in Siliguri.

great stay for an affordable price!!
Our stay was truly amazing. My friend and I, visiting from abroad, were very pleased with our experience. The staff who assisted us were friendly and highly attentive, promptly addressing all of our needs. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Stay was comfortable , house keeping staffs as well as reception staffs were well mannered , neat and clean except now you should change your linen which was bit old but not dirty , dining hall staffs were also very well mannered and hard working , I recommend this place

Hotel Loft remains my preferred address for staying at Siliguri. As usual their service quality, cleanliness, breakfast spread and guest comfort were best at the price. Recommend for a try.
