Poor Stay
The mattress was too soft that it sunk and gave a backpain. The TV sound was not working and the staff couldnt solve the issue. They provided no electric kettle but provided tea bags. No outside food delivery is allowed or else they charge a penalty. For the price it could be better.

Poor Stay
Rooms were filled with stinking smells of smoking by previous occupants. There was no cable connection with the TV in the room.

Terrible Stay
Rooms were badly maintained and the place was so unhygienic. The hotel is located on a random street. Restaurant is overpriced with pathetic services

Decent stay for a couple nights

Terrible Stay
The condition of the bedroom and the washroom of the hotel was pathetic as it was not cleaned properly. Bed was covered with dirty bedsheet.Not recommendable.

Review: Olive Hotel, Siliguri The behavior of the staff at Olive Hotel is truly commendable — polite, courteous, and willing to help. However, the infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing, which makes locating it a bit inconvenient, especially at night. There seems to be a shortage of manpower; the same executive at the reception was also handling room service tasks like delivering water bottles. This clearly reflects understaffing. Frequent power cuts during the night further impacted the experience. While it was manageable for a brief overnight stay — we checked in at 11:45 pm and checked out around 8 am — I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay until improvements are made.

overall the rating was average and the service was okay but not the best.
Costly food with average quality food and service is good, power tripping occurs multiple times in nights.

Poor staff and assisstance.
Properties location was good,but the staff is very slow and service is poor. I had to checkout early morning and the lift was closed and no one was there to assist with my luggage.

Pathethic, the rooms very stinking, no proper maintainance, early morning had checkout at 6 am not staff at reception, no one to pick calls, have to wake them up, overall pathetic experience never recommend anyone for visit

Infrastructure is good but management policy should be rectified.
Room service is good. But rooms are suffocating, no proper exhaust. Ac and geyser were switched off centrally from reception at 11. 30pm. So we didn't get hot water at the time of checking out at early morning 4. 30am. Facilities are there but not utilized or not maintend. Intercom telephone was not working. Lifts are also stitched off at night, as a result we had to use staircase in the time of checkout with lot of luggages.
